Paperback. Divi, daughter of the High Mage, Neeza, didn't want to be awoken in the middle of the night for a secret mission. As a mage who chose not to learn magic, these journeys meant little for her. That is until their party is attacked and she finds herself alone.Meeting a local hunter named Levus Sintar, they find themselves thrust into a conflict that puts them in the warpath of Dyyros' mystical dictator, Ulcinar. In the middle is the Moonsaber, an onyx sword once belonging to Levus' dad, hidden until recently. It gives its bearer unique, but dangerous powers. To defeat this powerful being, they must convince the races and kingdoms of the Mainland to fight together for a common cause once again . . . something that hasn't happened for 700 years. Brinks in Time: The Unification begins the tale of Levus and Divi, two strangers from different ways of life, thrown into something much larger than themselves. As they soon realize, they possess great promise: One that can save Gyyerlith, the other capable of destroying it.
