Why can't science explain consciousness? Why do we feel so distant from God? And what did Christ's death and resurrection actually accomplish?
In The Bridge, author Bryan presents a compelling Catholic framework that answers these questions by revealing a stunning truth: heaven is not far away—it's a parallel realm overlapping our world, separated from us not by distance but by the consequences of the Fall.
Drawing on Scripture, the Catechism, and the wisdom of saints like Thomas Aquinas and Augustine, this book traces humanity's journey from original grace through the closing of the portal between heaven and earth, to Christ's radical mission to reopen it. You'll discover why Satan can only work through your five senses, what happened to souls before Christ's sacrifice, how Mary's Assumption makes her uniquely positioned to intercede for us, and why suffering—rather than separating us from God—can actually draw us closer to Him.
This isn't just theology to be studied. It's a vision to be lived.
With reflection questions and Scripture meditations in every chapter, The Bridge equips you to guard your senses against the enemy's strategy, access the grace Christ won for you through the sacraments, and keep the portal to God open in your daily life.
Your soul came from somewhere. It's destined to return. This book shows you the way.
