The procedures outlined in this book are simple. Please do not allow their simplicity to make you feel that they cannot be worthwhile. Some of the most beautiful truths in the world are the simplest. Some of the most wonderful things in life are the easiest to obtain. Having healthier breasts is simple to achieve.
We live in a complex, fast moving, technological age where new health products have to meet double blind trials and be held up to detailed scrutiny before they can be pronounced "good". This process is the one used to check the validity of drugs, and yet there is not one drug that does not have adverse side-effects which sometimes cause symptoms worse than the original problem they were used in an attempt to solve.
The method of rubbing a reflex on the side of the leg to relieve breast congestion may seem at first to be ridiculous. However, the proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say. All you have to do is to try these methods and see if they work for you. It would be wrong to say they work for everyone, but they certainly do work for the vast majority of women.
This technique has helped thousands of people, and it is time that it was public knowledge. Kinesiological techniques are one of the most powerful forces for prevention on the face of the earth today. There are many more you can learn about.
In view of the present day concern about breast congestion, and yes let's face it - breast cancer, certainly everyone will want to do all they can to keep healthy, rather than have to face the awful prospect of having to attempt a cure.
It is much easier to maintain a watchful eye on the stable door, rather than try to get the runaway horse back into the stable.
Remember: Prevention is better than cure.
