How to Set Healthy Boundaries, Build a Stronger Sense of Self, Overcome Emotional Dependence, and Create Healthier Relationships
Do you sometimes feel responsible for other people's emotions?
Do you struggle to say “no” without feeling guilty? Do you find yourself constantly seeking approval, putting other people's needs before your own, or questioning whether you're allowed to make independent choices?
You may be experiencing emotional enmeshment—a relationship pattern in which personal boundaries become blurred and your sense of identity can become closely tied to the emotions, expectations, or needs of others.
Breaking Free from Enmeshment is a practical, accessible guide designed to help you understand these patterns, recognize unhealthy emotional dependence, establish healthier boundaries, and gradually reconnect with your own identity.
What Is Enmeshment?Enmeshment is more than simply being close to your family, partner, or friends. A healthy relationship allows closeness and individuality. Enmeshment can make it difficult to know where another person's needs end and your own begin.
This book helps you explore questions such as:

How do I know if my relationship is enmeshed?
-
What are the signs of emotional enmeshment?
-
Why do I feel guilty when I set boundaries?
-
Why is it so difficult to make decisions for myself?
-
How can I become emotionally independent without becoming emotionally distant?
-
How can I build my own identity while maintaining important relationships?
-
How can I respond to emotional pressure and manipulation?
-
