This book is a comprehensive guide that explores how everyday choices impact cognitive longevity and provides evidence-based strategies to maintain brain health in an ageing world facing rising rates of neurodegenerative disorders.
The book examines the latest research on modifiable lifestyle factors, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep optimization, stress management techniques, cognitive engagement exercises, and technology's impact on brain function. It integrates insights from neuroscience, psychology, and integrative medicine to offer practical applications rather than focusing solely on disease pathology, empowering readers with preventive approaches to build neural resilience throughout life.
