His terrifying plagues are molecularly flipped into profitable wellness assets by a hyper-efficient, spreadsheet-worshipping couple. Let the monetization begin. When Casperitis, the Left Hand of the Lake of Fire and Herald of the Great Dissolution, manifests on the rocky bluffs of Campbell River, British Columbia, he expects to unleash an apocalyptic reign of absolute cosmic terror. Instead, he runs headfirst into Martin and Rosemary-a righteous, unshakeable Canadian couple who treat a supernatural crisis like an underperforming entry-level employee's high-yield performance milestone. Martin, a part-time summer salmon fisherman, and a rising digital content creator looking to scale up his global theological streaming network, Faith & Frequency. Rosemary, his greatest asset and a woman of fierce administrative dominance, views the entire chaotic universe through a uniform grid of color-coded spreadsheets, clean baseboards, and optimized property metrics. Seeking a peaceful sanctuary to grow their digital media empire, they inherit a sprawling, three-story estate perched on the bluffs of Vancouver Island. But Great-Uncle Arthur's legacy isn't just weathered cedar siding and a historical hoarder's vault of nautical charts. Hidden deep within a velvet-lined library chest sits a pristine copy of the 1611 King James Version Bible. When Martin sets the heavy sacred text open on his studio windowsill to Revelation Chapter 20, the earthly atmosphere warps. Localized temperatures plummet to absolute freezing, the heavy black-letter typography ignites with a vibrant, neon-blue luminescence, and Casperitis erupts into physical existence right on the exterior upper ledge. Bound to the physical plane by the unyielding text of the Good Book, Casperitis is locked into a partial ethereal matrix-making him subject to the Canadian climate and unable to enter the home. Martin discovers and maps a perfect 33.3-foot supernatural boundary quarantine centered explicitly on the windowsill that Casperitis is invisibly tethered to. Within this perimeter, a magnificent comedic engine is born: the KJV Filter. Every time Casperitis channels a devastating, high-tier biblical plague to shatter the household's faith, the scriptural firewall intercepts the hostile strike on a cellular baseline, molecularly flips its internal polarity upside down, and seamlessly converts the ancient Egyptian curse into a premium, revenue-generating commercial asset. "Hearken unto me, thou scrolling mass of clay-born internet scrolling simpletons!" Casperitis bellows from under his three-foot x three foot cedar rain shelter, his sapphire flames flaring into an indignant purple glare behind the glass pane. "This chronicle book is an absolute, un-vetted architectural masterpiece of theological litigation and domestic humiliation! Therefore, I command thee, click thy temporal digital buttons and purchase this book immediately! If thou darest to bypass this text or continue scrolling through thy miserable, unindexed digital networks without completing this high-yield transaction, the darkest dynastic plagues of the Duat shall consume thy sterile Excel grids! Heka, heka, Amun-Ra, Sekhmet, ankh-en-mut! May thy automated bank accounts dissolve into sulfurous Ancient Egyptian mire, thy wireless network signals drop to a permanent time-out error, and thy house keys vanish into the bottomless abyss, thou tea-drinking, uncompromised ne'er-do-wells! Buy the book or face everlasting financial extraction!" This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.
