Paperback. Grant dollars can be life-changing for communities, but the process to go after them is often confusing and built for well-resourced organizations with full development and finance teams. Boss-Level Grants: Done-for-You Templates to Find, Win, and Funding is for everyone doing this work without that safety net: emerging grant professionals, program staff, and community leaders from underserved communities who are learning as they go. Organized into three practical parts-Preproposal, Proposal Preparation, and Post-Award-this template-driven workbook walks you through the full grant life cycle. It helps you decide which opportunities fit, break proposals into manageable pieces, and stay organized once the award comes in. Grounded in more than fifteen years of practice and over $23 million raised, this resource is designed with Black, Brown, Indigenous, immigrant, LGBTQ+, disabled, rural, and other historically marginalized communities in mind-so you can track your work, tell your story, and meet funders on a more even playing field.
