AWARD WINNING, GENRE-DEFYING NOVEL!
PRAISED BY READERS AND REVIEWERS FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE POLITICAL AISLE!
Humorous, satirical, even literary, but deadly serious and thought-provoking about the mess that America is in.
Not for the close-minded, this darkly comic Big Apple romp—featuring aging prep-school buddies, sexy broads, loony billionaires, cutthroat realtors, a Georgetown based "consultant" who looks after the final delusions of "astronuts," a politically incorrect family of fakers and fixers, and even a cameo appearance by Babe Ruth—will leave you wondering if the Apollo program was where America started to go wrong.
Was it just one big photo op?

About the Author
“Write what you don’t know you know.”
Shortly after I decided I really didn’t want to be a cowboy or a locomotive engineer or an astronomer or a paleontologist, or yes, an actuary when I grew up, I decided to be a writer. It wasn’t long after that when some well-meaning chum a step or two ahead of me on life’s learning curve counseled me to “Write what you know.”
Writers instinctively know what these words of wisdom gloss over, if not omit entirely: imagination. But if a writer wants to “say something” as well as entertain, then those hoary words needs to be heeded, in spirit if not slavishly.
It was imagination that sparked my wonder how a great country like ours—a country that almost fifty years ago had the vision and determination and skill to make “one giant leap for mankind"—can no longer find workable solutions for the pressing political, economic, cultural, and environmental issues confronting it. But it was the extensive research about the veracity of the moon landings that gave me the knowledge that illuminated why I had asked myself the question in the first place, that allowed me to grasp what I didn’t know I knew.
So the question of whether we ever actually went to the moon—a question I do not pretend to answer—became the armature for my story. Call it a symbol or metaphor or, in its broadest sense, a MacGuffin. Or call it what I do—the reason for everything.
