If you are a consumer you can cancel the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

As a consumer you have the following right to cancel. If you are acting for business purposes, this right to cancel does not apply.
Cancellation Rights – Consequences of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

You may use the model cancellation form set out below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If the consumer exercises an existing right to cancel, the consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This also applies if, at the time of cancellation, the consumer has not yet rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment.
The consumer may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way which goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The consumer may inspect the goods carefully and cautiously. The consumer shall bear the loss in value resulting from any use that goes beyond mere inspection and that means the goods can no longer be sold in their original condition.
The right to cancel does not apply to the supply of sealed goods (e.g. books, CDs, DVDs etc.) which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or protection, and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
