Hardcover The red boards are highly embossed with title and a picture of a knight on horseback on the front cover and gilt title on the spine. The corners are bumped and there is some shelf wear on the bottom and top of spine and bottom edge. The fore edge has a very small spot and the top edge has what appears to be a water spot toward spine just on the edge. The endpapers are illustrated by Donn P. Crane, with a colored scene of different children's tales. The interior is bright and clean; there are two bent corners on page153 and 155 on the top of the page, very minor.
