Paperback. After receiving so much positive feedback from other coaches on the Book On Cleans & Their Role In Sports Performance, Coach Chris Romano decided to expand on the origional book by adding additional chapters to go more in depth on how to apply the clean in athletic performance settings, as well as discuss the use of the jerk to develop overhead power. This book includes Coach Romano's teaching progressions for each lift, that are derived from his experience as an elite Olympic weightlifter who competed at the masters level in 2 world championships and 3 Pan American Championships, as well as close to a decade of training sport athletes. Additionally, Coach Romano goes into a detailed explanation of how to apply these lifts to each individual sport, as well as when to program and when not to program variations of the Olympic lifts.
