Folio. Pp xii 292. Printed on art paper with numerous illustrations of teams and players. Publisher's green cloth binding with gilt titles and silver FA Cup on front cover. Issued in 12 fortnightly parts, the first part appearing on 20 October 1905 and the last on 23 March 1906. Each part cost sixpence and the title page, frontis, and index (in all 12 pages and present here) were advertised in the final part as being available separately at 3d. In our experience this part is missing from about a third of copies. A few light marks to the covers. Book is very firmly bound, the contents are very clean and there are no inscriptions.
