The perfect thief, spy, and assassin...None of which Jem Wilmont wants to be. An ultra-wealthy sociopath, however, wants to utilize her unique ability for just that. Hiding in the shadows, drifting between star systems has kept her safe, until a Tracker locates her on a remote mining moon.
Fortunately, Thane Baron is already suspicious of his employer's motives. Finding his spacecraft rigged to explode after helping capture Wilmont merely confirms his instincts. Determined to correct his mistake, he helps Jem to escape, learning her secret when she uses invisibility to aid their getaway. Her new ally's help will become even more important as the enemy spins a devastating web of lies around her.
The sociopathic predator has hired a psychopathic monster. They have successfully orchestrated a disaster so horrific, it fuels a Republic-wide manhunt for the suspected culprit: Jem Wilmont. Her enemy simply waits to scoop her up once their unwitting pawns find her.
To clear her name and regain control of her life, Jem realizes she must step out of the shadows. But can she do so without exposing her secrets?

Store description
