How can we live our version of an "ideal" life if we don't identify what that life looks like?! How we live the life we were born to experience if we aren't actively moving in the direction of our dreams? How can we even know what we want when we spend much our time & energy responding to life's demands. If we desire to live a life we love, it’s imperative we ask the questions, "What do I want & what obstacles block me from what I most desire?"Blueprint for a Self-Designed Life is about YOU. It's about identifying the thread of values, intentions & experience you require for your personal vision of an "ideal" life. So often we follow the life we were raised to live and at some point that life no longer speaks to our spirit…that life no longer feels like “me”. We become so accustomed to the life intended for us we forget the story alive within. Each of us made a promise to ourself about our future and what that life would look like...at some point life doesn't feel the way we imagined. If ignored, the inner calling for something beyond the mundane turns into discomfort, anxiety, stress or emotional breakdown. On a deeper level, we question what we're doing & where we're heading. It comes down to asking, “Am I living the life I was born to experience or am I living the life expected of me?”. Blueprint for a Self-Designed Life helps clarify the fundamental aspects required for your unique vision of an ideal life. In order to live a life we love, we must identify what it is we most desire. For many of us, this question is actually much more challenging than it initially appears. Yet once we identify in visceral terms what we desire, we're exponentially more likely to attain it. This guide offers an effective & thought-provoking process for identifying desires and what’s essential within twelve key areas, then it identifies & helps unravel the twelve different obstacles potentially blocking us from those outcomes. When we identify what we want, then address the obstacles blocking our progress, we engage & accelerate a life we're passionate about living. Blueprint for a Self-Designed Life especially benefits individuals seeking change, in the midst of change, seeking greater life satisfaction or any life enhancing pursuit. This book is a companion guide to the Holistic ID courses, yet stands alone as an essential tool for charting a self-designed life.
