She didn't know her own name. She didn't know she was a Kamalan, a being of otherworldly power trapped between two worlds. And she certainly didn't know that somewhere in the fabric of magic itself, a bond older than centuries was pulling her toward a destiny she never asked for. But the pull wouldn't stop. It never stopped. Until the day it did.
Eva's world fractured the moment she discovered the truth: she was blood-bonded. Not to a chosen mate, but to someone she'd never met—in a ritual so ancient and forbidden that it hadn't been performed in a thousand years. Worse, the bond comes with a price. Death is the only known outcome. But the magic doesn't care about ancient warnings or forbidden practices. It's already woven into her bloodstream, and powerful forces, including a tyrannical warlord named Ceann Olc and his relentless army, will stop at nothing to control her and the unimaginable power she carries.
When Eva is forced to choose between trusting the mysterious warrior Calder (whose connection to her bond runs deeper than she imagines) and the only friend who's ever stood by her, Derek, the stakes become personal. She's not just fighting for survival. She's fighting for the right to choose her own fate. And time is running out.
Blood Bonded, Volume I, is where Eva's journey begins. But it's only the first movement in an epic symphony of magic, sacrifice, and power that will reshape two worlds. This is your entry point into a trilogy that refuses to let you go. Discover the truth of the blood bond. Meet the warrior bound to her by forces beyond magic itself. And prepare yourself for the revelations that make Volume II unavoidable—because by the time you finish Volume I, you won't just want to know what happens next. You'll need to.
Why Volume I is Essential:
Everything that follows...every alliance forged, every betrayal, every desperate battle for control of the Convergence Gate itself stems from the choices Eva makes here. Without understanding her awakening, her bond, and the enemies she makes in these pages, you cannot fully comprehend the wars to come or the impossible transformation waiting in the volumes ahead. Volume I isn't optional. It's the foundation upon which an entire world's fate is built.
Start here. Continue with us through the series. Because once you understand what a blood bond truly means, you won't be able to stop.
