nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - A powerful and provocative, yet wholesome story of the fight to surviveand start a new life. The Rose family pushes themselves into totallynew surroundings. This, at a time when even day to day life is astruggle, in ways, we today, do not fully comprehend. A catastrophic eventforces the young Rose family to reevaluate what is important and whatis next. Their decision; a 700 mile move from Kentucky to inhospitableNorthern Wisconsin. The year 1908. No plane to catch, no pick-up truckto haul their rental trailer. Rather, an old, wood-fired locomotive. Alwaysuncomfortable, sometimes riding in a crude passenger car, sometimes inan empty boxcar, sometimes alone, standing on the tracks in the middleof the great northern Wisconsin wilderness. Witness an epic journey oflove, danger and family unity.
