Orange paper covered hardcover with bumped tips and spine ends, 1" split at foot of both gutters, hinge papers are fine. Soiled spine paper where dj was previously chipped. 150pp text secure with occasional finger soil and some light marks on edge of page block. Vintage bookstore sticker on rear pastedn, former name/date on fep. Original, un-clipped (un-priced) orange paper dj illustrated with three drawings of the troublesome terrier on frt panel rubbed at head of darkened spine w/some title loss. Jacket shows repairs including 20% of the rear panel that appears more noticeable in the scan than it appears in hand. Boards also have two small grease spots on rear. Rare chapter book of a Scottish terrier with darling b/w illustrations throughout by the author. Seller Inventory # 50182
