It is Science Fiction on the cutting edge; a novel of action and adventure, politics and power, romance and religion set in a fully realized near future that reveals how nanotechnology and cloning will change the face of humanity. BISHOP OF ROME Ancient Truths, Secret Societies, Eight Red-Headed Clones BISHOP OF ROME A winged man looms over the World BISHOP OF ROME THE PAST: It is 410 AD and Rome is aflame; the Eternal City put to the torch by the invading Visigoths under King Alaric; writings are rescued from the destruction, holding the truth about the human race and the existence of an ancient implacable enemy. Knowledge crucial to the survival of humanity. BISHOP OF ROME THE FUTURE: Decades hence and Brock Sinclair, THE PRINCE OF EUROPE, the clone of Charlemagne, after destroying The City inside London has set his eyes on the ultimate religious position, THE BISHOP OF ROME, the Papacy itself. He intends to use his mastery of nanotechnology and the power of the Vatican to transform the world, as he has already transformed himself. Can Charles Evans, American billionaire, whose family has been entrusted with the ancient secrets of the Spear of Dagobert (the Last of the Merovingian Kings) and his band of friends discover the ancient writings and use the knowledge contained therein to stop Sinclair before it is too late? BISHOP OF ROME And what of the British billionaire banker Roger Barrington and the discovery of eight identical red-headed female clones in Scotland; and the ancient Egyptian secret society the Suten-henu: what part do they play: are they allies who will help Evans, or secret agents for Sinclair? BISHOP OF ROME is the second book in the Nanoclone Trilogy, following the first book, PRINCE OF EUROPE. The final book, KING OF JERUSALEM is due out in 2014. This item is printed on demand.
