One of the project's biggest supporters was ICOR (Organization for Jewish Colonization in Russia) which sent money and materials to the region. It dissolved in 1951. Stapled, photo-illustrated, newsprint wrappers (6" x 4 ½"), 14 p. Tiny chip to the crown, toning to newsprint. A Near Fine copy of a fragile item.
