From the Author
Birds of the parrot family that we keep as pets are not only long lived but also amazingly intelligent. They often take over the top of the pecking order in a family. The stories in the book tell about situations that occur repeatedly with owners of birds from parakeets to macaws and are meant to both amuse and educate. The ultimate goal of the book is to help everyone enjoy birds, especially if they have or will get a pet bird.
