Whether you're after number ones, number twos or perhaps a map of Ireland there is something for you in this scatalogical survey. It contains over 4000 words for everything ranging from mucus to menstrual blood, from ejaculation to defecation and features a wide range of lavatorial language from the mundane 'crap' to the picturesque 'flock of starlings' to the outlandish 'Gravesend twins'. The latest and grossest of the 'Big Books' taken from Jonathon Green's Cassell's Dictionary of Slang, Bodily Functions wades joyfully through swamps of raw sewage and picks its way across the stained bedclothes of the English-speaking world.
