When you shift to see opposition as a set of useful data points, productive resistance tells you more about sustainable change than any business plan. The most effective transformation leaders are those who know this. They don't confuse participation with engagement, don't push elaborate frameworks onto already stressed teams, and don't waste energy fighting resistance instead of learning from it.This book shows leaders how to turn politics, power, and resistance into tools for successful change that work for their employees rather than against them. Drawing on fifteen years of global transformation experience, including billion-pound mergers and national education reforms, Bontle Senne offers a field guide to the messy reality of organisational change. Her teams have tried and tested her approaches to navigating office politics on three continents.Beyond Buy-In challenges the outdated 70% failure myth that led to an overemphasis on process instead of people. Inside, you will learn why culture eats everything else for breakfast, why resistance always contains intelligence, and how political capital is the true currency of leadership. You will also discover how to choose sponsors who can actually deploy power when you need it, and how transformations succeed when those who usually fight change are invited to co-create it.Beyond Buy-In is a short and practical playbook for executives, consultants, and change leaders who want results that last and employees who do not hate the change programme. Beyond Buy-In is a playbook for executives, project managers, consultants, and transformation leaders who want organisational change that sticks. This item is printed on demand.
