This isn't a book for weak men. Yes, it's a journal (I know, I know), but it's a journal for men who want to lead their families and be humble enough to serve. Through a series of writing exercises, activities, and prompts for deep reflection, this book is designed to make you a better man, a stronger man, starting today.
Keep this book by your side as you go day-by-day, and discover dramatic change in just a few short months. Let it get beat-up and battered. Dog-ear it... highlight in it. But use it.
You're going to become the husband, father, and man you know you're capable of being. Growth starts with an honest looks at one's self, so work through this book and take the time to build the strong and respected relationships you've always wanted, and be the respected man others love and look up to. Whatever your starting point, it's now your turn to step up and become the man you know you can be. The world will notice...
