Dr. Ruth J. Tully (BSc (Hons), MSc, DForenPsy, CPsychol, EuroPsy, FBPsS, CSci, MAE, AFHEA) is a Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered, and British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Forensic Psychologist in the UK. Dr Tully is Clinical Director of Tully Forensic Psychology Ltd, where she and her team of Clinical and Forensic Psychologists provide assessment, treatment/therapy, consultancy, and training across health and prison services, specialising in legal contexts. Dr Tully has worked in HM Prison Service, probation services, and psychiatric settings, primarily with ‘high-risk’ men and women. She is experienced in various areas of assessment and intervention, having worked with a range of forensic populations. Dr Tully is a Fellow of the BPS, European Psychologist, Chartered Scientist, a full practitioner member of the Academy of Experts, and is an honorary Associate Professor at the University of Exeter. Dr Tully is the editor of several books and has authored many peer reviewed research papers and chapters in the field of forensic psychology. Dr Tully is considered a leading authority in the field of sexual offenders; she is an invited speaker at UK and international conferences and events.
Dr. Bohall is the co-owner of Innovative Psychological Solutions based in Orange County, California and is the principal series editor of this series titled Dangerous Behavior in Clinical and Forensic Psychology. He earned a doctorate in psychology in clinical forensic psychology and provides consultation for numerous organizations throughout the United States. Dr. Bohall is nationally recognized as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and as a Master Addiction Counselor. In the State of California, he is recognized as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-III. Dr. Bohall was the principal author in the co-authored textbook The Psychologist’s Guide to Professional Development (2017). Additionally, Dr. Bohall has published journal articles in the Journal of Family Violence, Aggression and Violent Behavior, BMJ Open, and Frontiers in Psychology. Dr. Bohall also serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Aggression, Maltreatment, & Trauma, the Journal of Family Trauma, Child Custody, & Child Development, the Journal of Child Sexual Abuse and the Journal of Child & Adolescent Trauma. Lastly, Dr. Bohall’s academic and research interests include forensic assessment and intervention, crisis intervention and negotiation techniques, evaluation of interviewing, investigation, and interrogation procedures, psychopathy, and intimate partner violence.
David S. Prescott, LCSW, LICSW, ATSA-F, has been a mental health practitioner for 40 years and is the Director of the Safer Society Continuing Education Center. He is the author and editor of 26 books in the areas of understanding and improving services to at-risk clients. He is best known for his work in the areas of understanding, assessing, and treating sexual violence and trauma. Mr. Prescott is the recipient of the 2014 Distinguished Contribution award from the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA), the 2018 recipient of the National Adolescent Perpetration Network’s C. Henry Kempe Lifetime Achievement award, and the 2022 recipient of the Fay Honey Knopp Award from the New York State Alliance for the Prevention of Sexual Abuse and New York State ATSA. He also served as ATSA President in 2008-09. Mr. Prescott currently trains and lectures around the world. His published work has been translated into Japanese, Korean, German, French, Polish, Dutch, and other languages. He has served on the editorial boards of four scholarly journals. He is co-blogger for Sexual Abuse, which has been read well over a million times, and has co-authored the monthly MASOC Newsletter, which reviews research, since 2007.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
