Paperback. "This wasn't covering everything in post-it notes, or filling the trash can to the rim with water. It was a bullying attempt, plain and simple."Damron Jones' triumphant return to the working world isn't turning out as planned. In his first job after a mid-life diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome, the work plays into his autistic gifts, but Damron must adjust to the autistic challenges of the corporate world. He tells no one about his condition, but wants to find a confidant he can trust. Instead, he is targeted by the ruthless leader of the office, and learns a secret that keeps his job in constant turmoil. While lampooning the antics of the boss and his minions, Damron learns what 'success' really means to him, helped by his young subordinates and The World's Most Unusual Career Coach. But when the boss learns he is autistic, Damron must lead his team to safety, and solve the puzzle of the office's darker side, before the boss ruins his reputation and career.
