Rao V.N. is an Assistant Professor at the University of New York Tirana. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies with University of Phoenix, United States. He has completed Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from Osmania University in India as well as Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from IUKB, Switzerland.
