Octavo. 22cm. Publisher's deep red cloth titled in gilt to spine. Dustjacket. 464pp. Clean and bright, cloth strong and tight; internally clean and fresh. A near fine copy in dustjacket. An examination of the process by which the Soviets laid the groundwork for post war occupation of Poland, providing a step by step analysis. The research is assisted by the data found in a number of contemporary Soviet documents which were smuggled into the West in the early-1970's.
