About the Authors
Eric Scott Smith holds a Masters in Global Leadership from Western Seminary and has been in pastoral ministry for forty-five years, including thirty-one years as lead teaching pastor of South Valley Community Church in Gilroy, California. Carol Nelson Smith also served on the minsterial staff of the church as well as teaching on leadership and ministry development.
Eric and Carol travel extensively to train church leadership in developing countries. They are both authors and bloggers on their ministry website www.youdefineus.org. The Smiths have three children and three grandchildren.
