Been Thinking About is a selection of articles from the monthly column of ideas and opinion written by Mart DeHaan, former president of Our Daily Bread Ministries. Over the years, readers have come to appreciate the honest and balanced approach to Scripture that characterize Mart's thinking. Now the best of these articles have been collected into one volume for your enjoyment and inspiration. Not hesitant to grapple with tough issues, timely topics, or matters of faith--even those that sometimes divide believers--Mart's personal vulnerability, respect for divergent opinions, and engaging style provide you with thought-provoking analysis and biblically grounded inspiration. Whether it's on the subjects of Beliefs and the Bible, Nations and Politics, Life in Christ, Things That Are to Come, or many others, you'll discover careful treatment of Scripture and familiar concepts expressed in fresh ways that will help you on your own spiritual journey. Walk awhile with Mart as he examines tough topics in a reflective way and gently challenges you to think through some of the difficult issues that can trouble or even polarize followers of Christ. Enjoy the journey.…
