Becoming Dynamic. This item is unavailable.Becoming Dynamic

The visionary author, Dr. Denise Nicholson, attended a retreat for women led by Lisa Nichols, the internationally known speaker, mentor and world-renowned change maker. As a curator of transformational experiences, Dr. Nicholson thought this would be another relaxing, content-gathering vacation. This turned out to be one of the most awe-inspiring places to be as a black woman which ignited many transformational experiences.

The retreat was filled with approximately 36 other black women from all over the world searching for the next step after achieving several important goals in their lives. They were all accomplished leaders, working on becoming the best versions of themselves.

Often, black women are looked at as strong caregivers who carry the weight of others' burdens yet do not share their issues. At this retreat, all the women were encouraged to leave their "supershero" capes behind and share, or hold spaces for others that needed them. Having heard the incredibly moving stories of the women: their traumas, disappointments, and pains, or the joys of their childhood; and how they overcame and are now doing extraordinarily well- this anthology idea emerged as a guiding philosophy for any woman who is in need of inspiration, motivation and emotional support through life's challenges.

This powerful anthology is yet another space where "supersheroes" leave their "capes" behind and share their intense and extraordinary experiences of rising to greatness, despite their circumstances. The stories of the women all share a common idea that no matter what the circumstances you can rise to your greatness and become that dynamic woman within. This is truly a journey for the heart, mind and soul to be expanded with new possibilities. If you are looking to access your greatness then this is the book for you.

You will learn:

- how to overcome life's challenging obstacles to access and achieve your greatness

- how to use your inner tenacity to truly lead a life by design and not default

- true stories and accounts of what seemed like 'impossible situations' completely turn around with faith, belief and dynamic flare.
