What if the church returned to the simple, powerful way Jesus made disciples? What if everyday believers were equipped to do what he did—and what he told us to do?
In Be. Go. Make. Disciples—the Jesus Way, seven experienced disciplemakers from around the world share real-life wisdom and biblical insight from their November 2023 Issachar Symposium gathering in Hawaii. This practical, Scripture-rich guide reveals what happens when we take Jesus’ words seriously—and follow his method.
Whether you’re a pastor, small-group leader, or simply someone longing to live more like Jesus, you’ll find insights and tools to ignite transformation in lives, families, and communities.
Inside this book, you’ll discover:
- A fresh look at the Great Commission—rooted in what Jesus really meant and how his first disciples fully lived it out
- A call to whole-life obedience, not “forgiveness-only” faith
- Key principles of life-on-life training that multiply disciplemakers
- Global perspectives—from “hard-soil” Japan to legacy-making movements
- Simple, reproducible tools Jesus used—and how to use them today
- A biblical rhythm for sustainable, Spirit-led disciplemaking
Well known author, columnist and leader in disciplemaking, Bill Hull says this about this book, " I love to see books like this. Especially when friends and colleagues you respect so much are involved. Be, Go, Make, Disciples is quite ambitious. I found the international flavor of the book stimulating. The breakdown or focus of each component, namely Be, Go, Make helps the reader get a good hold on the ideas. I recommend this as a primer for those who desire to make disciples in such a way that compels Christ to return. Matthew 24:14.
This is not a program. It’s not a curriculum. It’s a return to the way of Jesus.
Are you ready to follow him—fully, practically, and fruitfully?
Join the journey. Be. Go. Make. Disciples.
