(p453); experiments with the diving bell, Mr. Spalding (p470); and Account of the Banyan Tree, from Marsden's History of Sumatra (p473). The Hibernian covered news and politics in Ireland, Britain, Europe and North America, as well as theater and book reviews, original prose and poetry, and business, marriage and death notices. The printed illustrations included important personages, music & practical items such as sewing patterns. 8vo, pp449 - 504. Single issue, extracted from yearly volume.
