Item description from seller

Book and jacket are both VG-, each with some blemishes. The exterior of the book is rather clean, with a bit of wear at the top of the front board and a slightly sunned spine; head and heel of the spine are bumped but without fabric damage. The interior has very browned paper that is still somewhat flexible and not brittle. Both hinges are sturdy and the only writing in the book is a penciled name on the FFEP; the front pastedown has two vertical creases but the board does not seem to be bent. There are some stains, all between pages 94 and 102; they do not obliterate the text. The jacket is intact but has edge chips, a 2" closed tear from the top of the rear gutter into the rear panel, a small hole in the front fold, and some slash marks on the front panel at the boys' feet. Still a sturdy and attractive book.
