Add to basketIn Balanced As FCK: Mastering the 8 Things that Matter*, Ben Evans offers a no-nonsense guide to finding real balance in the chaos of life. This is not a feel-good self-help book filled with motivational quotes and empty promises. It’s a raw, honest exploration of how to juggle life’s most important elements—mindset, relationships, health, money, and more—without pretending that everything is perfect.
Evans blends dark humor, gritty realism, and a candid approach to surviving and thriving in a world that doesn’t care about your well-being. This book is for those who are tired of surface-level advice and ready to face the chaos head-on with practical solutions and hard-earned perspective.
Whether you're struggling to find balance or just trying to survive the everyday grind, this book offers the real talk you’ve been searching for. Learn how to handle the mess of life and make it work for you, not against you.
If you're ready to stop drowning in noise and start living with purpose, this is the book for you.
