When Traidcraft first came up with the idea to make a beautiful cookbook featuring fair trade ingredients, they knew exactly where to go for help. Traidcraft put the word around there fair trade networks up and down the UK and asked for favourite recipes so that they could showcase all the delicious things to be done when you bake a difference with fair trade. They weren't disappointed.
Recipes flooded in from around the UK, each and every one was tested by professional cookery writer Bee Rawlinson before being photographed and considered for the book. Traidcraft asked Bee to choose the best and fill in some of the gaps with her own delicious recipes to make for a balanced book.
