Paperback. Hoobi, the story-telling owl, weaves a wonderfully, scary story about Bad Sam Moore in this second issue of Hoobi's Haunted Tales from the Mountain Night Owl Tales series. This delightfully creepy but comical story tells about ole Bad Sam Moore, who got himself in a heap of trouble and how he had to find a way out of it or go mad. What are "knocking spirits" you may ask? After reading this book, you will know all about these spirits who are a part of the rich Eastern Kentucky folklore mythos. This book is written for children of all ages; for kids who like a good spook, and those older grown-up kids who refuse to grow up and love a good tale. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
