Trade Paperback.Slight wear to cover. Introduction by H.R.H. The Prince of Wales. This book is the complete guide to back relief. Leading physiptherapist Sarah Key explains in simple question-and-answer format all aspects of back pain and the treatments available. Contrary to popular opinion, Sarah Key believes that most back pain is not caused by disc trouble, but by simple joint stiffness. These problems respond well to treatment by the hands, which reactivates the joints and relieves pain. Sarah Key's 'hands-on' method has put thousands of grateful patients back in action. This book gives you the chance to be helped by her too. Contents: Foreword. Introduction. Why Is Backpain So Common? Back To Basics. Diagnosing the Problem. A Choice of Treatments. Benefits of Mobilisation and Manipulation. Exercise For a Back Problem. Sport and the Back. Other Factors Which Influence a Back Problem. Your Other Questions Answered. Back With Optimisim.
