Today's mothers are caught in an expectation trap. Faced with becoming real-life desperate housewives or maxed out working mothers, many are searching for escape. This book gives women the tools to not just survive the first year of motherhood but to actually thrive. Based on the popular nine-week life design process from the authors' company, the authors help women discover what will bring them balance and fulfillment as new mothers and helping them design the transformation they will experience into motherhood. Based on a proprietary nine-week life design process, "Baby on Board" helps a woman discover the choices that honor her own unique path as a woman and mother. As coaches, motivational speakers, and authors, the authors are role models for the kinds of life they encourage women to live and their process supports encourages, and celebrates each woman's unique path to motherhood.
