A classic of French literature, first published in French in 1912 as La Guerre des boutons. 1st English Translation and 1st American Edition. A difficult to find book. Very nice condition, clean and fresh; minor bumping of two corners and very slight edge wear (see photos); a former owner's embossed stamp on title page and front fly-leaf. Small "x" written on front pastedown. No dust jacket.
