Olive green cloth with floral stamped design to boards; spine ends bumped and slightly frayed with some rubbing to still easily legible gilt stamping; front board's gilt stamping remains bright, some scuffing at tips of board corners. "Brentano's | Booksellers & Stationers, | New York." bookseller ticket affixed to rear pastedown. Binding slightly stressed at gutter between pages 6-7 but binding otherwise firm. A good+ copy. Novelist, poet, and music professor Henry Bellamann (aka Heinrich Bellamann) is best known for his 1940 novel KINGS ROW.
