1948. Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. A book for boys who are still boys, and also for boys who are masquerading as men and fathers. New Illustrated Edition. Green cloth, cream titles and dark green vignette to front. Endpapers are maps. B/w illustrations. 519 pages. Top edge green. Third impression. A few minor foxspots to text block. Bookplate to verso of free front endpaper. Contents otherwise clean. Cream pictorial dustwrapper is a little grubby, faded to spine, browned across the top edge and a small closed tear to top front of spine edge (no loss). Packaged with care and promptly dispatched.
