Item description from seller

11.5 x 17.5" 12pp. including covers, with b/w interior. A radical counterculture underground newspaper published in Berkeley, California from 1969 to 1972. It was formed after a bitter staff dispute with publisher Max Scherr split the nationally known Berkeley Barb into new competing underground weeklies. This is the premier issue and features: Barb On Strike news; Freedom At Fort Dix; The Trials Of Wayne Green; plus local news and events. Tabloid newspaper. Light shelfwear; cover a little ragged along top, some light rubbing to spine. Very Good.
