Grey, yellow and cream stripped covers with black lettering on spine and front cover which is clean. Covers exhibit light soiling and wear on bottom edges. Light shelf wear and soiling to covers and edges. Soiling to upper front page ends. Text and the many b&w photos and drawings are clean and unmarked. Hinges are tight. Illustrated dj is in a protective mylar cover with moderate soiling and shelf wear to covers, spine, hinges and all edges. "How to have a band you can be proud of. A completely illustrated guide to organizing, financing, and managing a school band. Over 800 musical selections for solos and small ensembles. There are also marches, concert and contest numbers." All books are individually examined and described. Never ex-library unless explicitly described as such.
