When the ability to change reality is within reach, unexpected worlds and alternate universes emerge, where the creator's imagination knows no bounds. At least, that's what many of the protagonists featured in these pages must have believed. Screenwriters, film directors, and comic book artists let their imaginations soar to invent distant futures, parallel worlds, and time loops. Doc Pastor introduces us to some of the best films, comics, and video games that explore the time travel genre, continuing the path of his previous book and expanding it with bold new works that film and literature have approached from various perspectives. Thanks to cinema and titles like Frequency, Groundhog Day, Deadpool 2, or Lightyear, we've journeyed to the most unexpected places through time paradoxes, infinite loops, and travelers aboard strange vehicles. Yet fiction has also shown us that a machine isn't always necessary to travel through time--there are infinite ways to do it, just like the iconic DeLorean in the Back to the Future trilogy.
