Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI) ist ein neues bildgebendes Verfahren, das sich durch hohe Sensitivit�t und r�umliche Aufl�sung auszeichnet. Abgebildet wird bei MPI die r�umliche Verteilung von injizierten Eisenoxid-Nanopartikeln, deren nichtlineares Magnetisierungsverhalten ausgenutzt wird, welches beim Anlegen eines oszillierenden Magnetfeldes zu partikelspezifischen induzierten Spannungen in Empfangsspulen f�hrt. In diesem Werk wird die Raumkodierung mit einer feldfreien Linie (FFL) diskutiert. Problematisch hierbei ist das Relaxationsverhalten der Nanopartikel, das die Form der Magnetisierungskurve und somit auch die Bildqualit�t beeinflusst. Hier wird gezeigt, wie die ben�tigten Parameter der Entfaltung automatisch aus den Spannungsdaten berechnet und damit Bilder erzeugt werden k�nnen. Die hier beschriebene Modellierung erm�glicht eine pr�zise und schnelle Bildrekonstruktion.
