Do you struggle with feeling stuck in your life? Do you feel invisible to others? Do you find yourself wishing to have more passion and purpose but feel weighed down by feelings of loss, shame, or hurt from your past? The Authentic Woman 21 Self Reflections is a Self-Help workbook that guides women through overcoming negative emotional patterns to unlock their authentic self. This book is a collection of stories and lessons from my own healing journey that I have taught in my weekly women's group. I also use these regularly in private practice and continue them in my own life. These lessons carry the truth from the lives of these women and from my life. This book is divided into three phases. The first focuses on your past. The pain, the hurt you have experienced and still hold onto. By the end of these first steps in your healing journal you will have a trauma narrative to begin to move through the memories. The next phase focuses on rewriting your identity in your story. Creating a new script as you step into the lead role of your own star show. The final stage of this series brings each of these lessons into a commitment. By the end of the book you will have a complete narrative of the woman you are and how you came to become this amazing incredible person. Each lesson includes a therapeutic intervention and worksheet for self-reflection and an essential oil to help build grounding practices and assist in emotional support while moving through this process of emotional release. As you walk through this book it is my prayer that you rediscover the unique and powerful woman that you were created to be and walk in your true authentic self.…
