Leadership today does not fail because leaders lack authority. It fails when authority outpaces identity.
In The Audacious Leader, Dr. Georgette Prime-Godwin introduces a transformative leadership framework designed for those navigating complexity, pressure, and cultural tension. At the center of the work is the Tripartite Self™ Leadership Framework, a model that aligns three essential dimensions of leadership identity: the logical (Me), the emotional (Myself), and the spiritual (I). When these dimensions are harmonized, leaders develop the capacity to think clearly, lead relationally, and act with moral conviction.
Unlike traditional leadership models that focus on strategy, visibility, or positional power, this book examines the internal architecture that shapes how leaders interpret responsibility, influence others, and respond under pressure. When alignment is absent, organizations experience miscommunication, erosion of trust, and fragmented execution. When alignment is present, leadership becomes steady, purposeful, and transformative.
Through a compelling integration of philosophical insight, lived leadership experience, and biblical narratives, Dr. Prime-Godwin brings the framework to life through the stories of Deborah, Huldah, and Rahab. Each woman represents a distinct expression of audacious leadership: the courage to lead with authority, the clarity to speak truth, and the faith to rise beyond limitation.
The book also introduces the Leadership Internal Compass™, a practical decision-making tool that equips leaders to pause, reflect, and realign logic, emotion, and purpose in moments of complexity.
Designed for executives, emerging leaders, educators, and those seeking to lead with deeper intention, The Audacious Leader moves beyond inspiration to provide a structured pathway for leadership that is intellectually grounded, emotionally aware, and spiritually anchored.
This is more than a leadership book. It is a call to alignment, a return to purpose, and an invitation to lead with audacity.
