Three hardcover volumes in brown paper over boards with vellum quarter-binding, in brown card double-slipcases with brown cloth to narrow panels and pastedown title cards to outer cases, 8vos. Bibliophile Society limited edition of 400 copies. Tissue protected figures throughout. "Oedipus the King" and "Antigone" to v.1, "Medea" and "Hippolyta" to v.2; "Prometheus Bound" and "Electra" to v.3. Introductions by Nathan Haskin Dole and Henry H. Harper. Fine. Books are as new, with v. 2 & 3 with cellophane wrappers still present (torn on v.2) still present. Pages and boards bright and sharp, binding tight and square. All slipcases are square, solid and deep-colored, though all title card well toned (titles unaffect) with small, relatively faint occasional dampstains with no associated damage.
