The loss of a child leaves few lives untouched. Regrettably, one in four pregnancies ends in loss. As a result, numerous families shoulder the uniquely painful and difficult burden of a grief that only the death of a child brings. Asher, My Son: A Year in the Life of a Childless Father is an account of that grief from a father's perspective over the course of one year. It is the author's hope that Asher's story offers comfort to those who have suffered loss and provides helpful insight to those who seek to support those families and individuals.
