About the Author
Dr Alka Agnihotri is currently working as Professor of Human Resources & Organization Behavior in the School of Business, Galgotia’s University, Greater Noida, India. She has two decades of professional experience. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in management from Amity University, Noida, India. She has a double postgraduate and double NET qualification (MBA & MPA). She has published several research papers in Scopus indexed journals (with best paper awards) and conferences. Alka has 18 years of experience in consultancy, research, training, corporate life and academics. Her technical skills include SAP-ERP in HR Module, SPSS, AMOS, NVivo, SLR, Bibliometric Analysis using R, etc. She is a corporate trainer and has conducted workshops on leadership, stress management, time management, business communication & leadership, etc. She has got patents published and has also written a book on HRM, AI in management, Leadership etc topics with couple of books indexed in Scopus. She is also working as reviewer and editor for many international journals including Scopus indexed journals. She has won awards in research including the InSc Young Researcher Award 2021 awarded by Institute of Scholars and Galgotias University.
Dr Anuja Pandey is a distinguished academician and thought leader in marketing and management education, with over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. As Professor of Marketing and Head of the India Case Research Centre at AIMA, she has been instrumental in advancing India-centric case research and promoting the use of analytics in management pedagogy. Her academic contributions are deeply rooted in marketing analytics, digital transformation, and AI-readiness frameworks, with a strong emphasis on applied research and public policy consulting. She has led several high-impact research projects funded by government ministries, including studies on AI implementation, emerging technology adoption, and advertising ethics. Dr. Pandey has mentored over 150 India-centric teaching cases, published 23 refereed journal papers, and 12 case studies in marketing analytics published by Wiley. Her editorial leadership at the AIMA-Journal for Management & Research and the launch of Casepedia have significantly enriched the Indian case research ecosystem. She has supervised multiple PhD scholars, presented at international conferences, and collaborated with global institutions like Harvard Business School, The Case Centre (UK), and EFMD. Her work bridges academia and industry, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, AI integration in governance, and capacity-building in analytics education
Dr Balamurugan Balusamy is currently working as an Associate Dean Academics in Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence, Delhi-NCR. Prior to this assignment he was Professor, School of Computing Sciences & Engineering and Director International Relations at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. His contributions focused on Engineering Education, Block chain and Data Sciences. His Academic degrees and twelve years of experience working as a faculty in a global University like VIT University, Vellore has made him more receptive and prominent in his domain. He does have 200 plus high impact factor papers in Springer, Elsevier and IEEE. He has done more than 200 Edited and authored books and collaborated with eminent professors across the world from top QS ranked university. Prof. Balamurugan Balusamy has served up to the position of Associate Professor in his stint of 12 years of experience with VIT University, Vellore. He had completed his Bachelors, Masters and PhD Degrees from Top premier institutions from India. His passion is teaching and adapts different design thinking principles while delivering his lectures. He has visited 15 plus countries for his technical course. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
